Welcome to Pidoof Collectibles. By accessing our website or purchasing from our vault, you agree to the following terms. These terms are a legally binding contract between you and Pidoof Collectibles.

1. Market Volatility & Pricing

You acknowledge that the Trading Card Game (TCG) market is highly volatile.

• Price Locking: Once an order is confirmed, the price is final. We do not offer "price protection" or partial refunds if the market value of an item decreases after your purchase.

• Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a $2,000 slab listed for $20.00), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Pidoof Collectibles is intended for users 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you are using this site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Condition & Third-Party Grading

For all graded products (PSA, BGS, CGC):

• The grade assigned by the third-party company is final.

• We provide high-resolution imagery for your review. By purchasing, you accept the physical condition of the slab/case as shown.

4. Order Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or unauthorized "bot" activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Pidoof logo, custom product photography, and the "Condition Vault" system, is the property of Pidoof Collectibles. Unauthorized use or "scraping" of our data is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
