Pidoof Collectibles ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988.

To process your high-value TCG orders and maintain the "Pidoof Vault" experience, we collect:

  • Identity Data: Name, date of birth (to verify legal capacity for high-value contracts).

  • Contact Data: Shipping address, email, and phone number (required for Sydney pickup/Australia-wide dispatch).

  • Financial Data: Payment details (processed securely via Shopify/Stripe; we do not store your full credit card numbers).

  • Technical Data: IP address and cookies to prevent fraudulent "bot" activity and to improve your browsing experience.

2. Parental Consent & Minors

Consistent with our Terms of Service, Pidoof Collectibles does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18 without parental involvement.

  • If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent to provide any personal information.

  • If we discover we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately to protect the minor’s privacy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We don't sell your data to third-party "bulk" buyers. We only use it to:

  • Fulfill Orders: Getting your PSA slabs and sealed boxes to you safely.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: We use your data to cross-reference our "Condition Vault" recordings to ensure your item is authentic and matches our pre-shipment records.

  • Communication: Sending you tracking updates and (if you opt-in) early access to "Grail" drops.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share your information with essential partners:

  • Shopify: To host our store and manage your shopping cart.

  • Courier Partners: (Australia Post/Couriers) to deliver your items.

  • Payment Processors: To securely handle your transactions.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Under Australian law, you have the right to access the information we hold about you or request its deletion. If you would like to "close your vault" and have your data removed from our active systems, please email us at pidoofcollectibles@gmail.com .

6. Security

We take "reasonable steps" (as defined by APP 11) to protect your data. This includes using Shopify’s secure SSL encryption and limiting internal access to customer files.
